Since 2019 we trained and graduated over 160 fellows (across spring, summer and fall cohorts) and they have continued to break into VC despite the market conditions. As the VC market evolves, our fellows are better prepared for what is head.
This Spring we are excited to welcome our 12th cohort. In the next 8 weeks, they will be learning everything about venture financing and the state of the market. After the 8 weeks program, they will get the opportunity to work with VC firms as analysts and venture scouts.

As a minority-focused VC fellowship program, we are committed to empowering the next generation of Black, Latinx, Asian, LGBTQ, and female Venture Capitalists, and we do so by sourcing, training, and placing qualified minorities and female talents into venture firms to improve their talent pipeline and give fellows an opportunity to get their foot in the door. The program is led by experienced VC mentors and instructors from firms such as NEA, Andreessen Horowitz, .406 Ventures, Carta, Dell Technology Capital, Glasswing Ventures, Capria VC, Underscore VC, Valia VC, Sequoia Capital, NVCA, and many more!

This year we welcomed new partner firms into the program and look forward to working collaboratively with other mission aligned organizations to improve diverse talent resources and make venture financing more accessible to everyone.
