Meet Vencapital's Spring 2025 Cohort!

We are excited to welcome the 15th cohort of venture fellows joining the Vencapital fellowship program this Spring. The fellows were selected based on Vencapital's process and commitment to empower the next generation of investors from underrepresented backgrounds. In the next 5 weeks the fellows will embark on a transformative journey that will prepare them for career success in venture capital. After completing the 5 weeks training they will get the opportunity to work on various projects with our partner firms.

Since 2019 we have trained and placed over 200+ fellows with firms like Sequoia Capital, Flourish Ventures, Coyote Ventures, One Way Ventures, B Capital Group, Clear Capital among many others. Last fall we partnered with Recast Capital and will be working with more allocators this year to place our fellows with their GP funds. The program is led by experienced VC mentors and instructors from firms such as NEA, Andreessen Horowitz, .406 Ventures, Carta, Dell Technology Capital, Glasswing Ventures, Capria VC, SVB, Underscore VC, Valia VC, Sequoia Capital, NVCA, and many more!
