How to Apply to join the Program

Selection Process

The program is designed to get more minorities and women into VC and PE. We encourage you to apply if you are looking to learn the mechanics of venture finance within a flexible schedule. Selections are based on the following criteria:

1. Strong interest in Venture Financing

2. Fit a minority profile (Black, Latino, Woman, LGBT, etc)

3. Great entrepreneurship and relevant industry experience

4. Capacity to drive change within your community

What to Expect

This is a mentor-driven program that is designed to prepare you for a career

in venture. It involves remote pitch sessions, exclusive meetings, hackchats, remote office hours, and more, with access to our resources and VC network.

Through our program, we help fellows achieve the following Milestones;

Pre-screening

All applications undergo a

rigorous screening process to be selected for the program.

Prep Session

The program begins with an intensive bootcamp and training lead by VCs & Angel investors

Fellowship

Upon completion of training

fellows get placed to start sourcing & vetting deals with their teams
